Defining A Person

What defines a person, and by what standards should they be measured? Is it by the things we say, or perhaps by the things we do? Though difficult to solve surely there much be some universal truth, which could be used to offer guidance for such quandary. Maybe the best answer is a bit more complex. Our nature is to make things as easy to comprehend as possible. There surley must be some way to establish a universal truth of  Upon, encountering  push things into black and white or yes and no, because that makes sense. So if we decide that complex questions exist outside the comfort of yes and no. We first must understand what “complex” even means. In our case the term is being used in the adjective form as it is being used to describing a noun. As an adjective the Oxford dictionary online gives the following definitions:

1. consisting of many different and connected parts.

2. not easy to analyze or understand; complicated or intricate.

3. denoting or involving numbers or quantities containing both a real and an imaginary part.

Each definition provided has an overwhelming certainty of “difficult”. It would be far to say in many occasion the term complex is used more often then not out of place. In occasion where a decision if difficult it may be that we have yet to find an answer, and over time with research that once thought difficult complex question now has a clear determining factor. So how can we recognize a a problem we face as complex or only difficult?

Take a moment and try to remember when you faced a difficult issue. Try and remember if over time and study were you able to arrive to a solution you felt best? Maybe you have a specific career in mind. You are faced with deciding on doing to college or going directly into the work place. This could be labeled as a complex decision, but once you weigh out all the pluses and mimeses is you can make a decision. Now let’s say you decided to go to college. Now your next decisions is to figure what school to go to. In this case you could have multiple opportunities with no clear winner. A key indicator of some being complex is that their is multiple right options. There is no one way. For me this same question became became complex to me when I was trying to shorten my list based on a snack machine location. The fact was the dream on the other end was clear. What wasn’t clear was the path to take, and that is really the ultimate defining factor when facing complexity. A series of options with not one way being the best. Answers to complex questions come in many forms.

So I ask again. What defines a person, and is that question difficult or complex. How about what defines a leader? Does it come in black and white, or does it come in many shapes and in constant change? I think we can identify the fact now that no one thing can define a person or their attributes. A leader can be vibrant, strong, and vocal, or can be more like a thermostat. Something that sits in the room doesn’t call much attention, but still has the ability to sway the feel of a room.

Here in XYO we have so many great members, but the truth we have to face is crypto isn’t going to get easier. Though we will recover as well as the market, but members that don’t have a connection to be locked in with are going to face the most difficult period in market history. Not only is that bad for us as long term HODLRs, but it is also bad for people that believe crypto could be their only chance at getting their family to a stronger peace of financial stability. For many here these problems are meant for you. You have been around long enough to see and hear most things to keep yourself ahead, but even the most experience user gets scammed or sucked in a pump and dump. Even more importantly to think about is a kid graduating college. Just got their first job, and can’t wait to get into crypto. They are determined not to make the same mistakes as their parents and invest and be wise. One day soon maybe tomorrow maybe next month that person will come across XYO and will be excited to get in and join the experience. Unfortunately, it’s safe to say that member could easily lose 75% of their capital in their first few months. Between the scams, FUD, and manipulation new users join crypto ready to fail. This is something I think about all the time, and when you consider some of the most basic of information could save them from it all. New members need to know about scams, pump and dumps, when not to run but instead HODL. They need to know about COIN App, using Coinbase for the rewards, and Bitrue for the 5% staking return. As much as we want to sit where we are and wait to help that just isn’t going to work.
